Residents are encouraged to assist each other in the mutual enjoyment of our townhomes and common property. Among the advantages of townhome living are a few "responsibilities," as having to practice exceptional consideration for our neighbors.
Observing courtesies (as well as laws) regarding not disturbing neighbors has led to a quiet residential, family atmosphere in the Village. Quiet early mornings and no late night noises are required for townhome living where many residents have different working hours. Late night parties and patio parties should be very quiet.
Garage sales may be held by owners or residents no more than twice per calendar year and cannot exceed a three-day period for each sale. No merchandise may be brought on property for sale or resale. A certificate must be obtained from the SVV office before a sale may be held and must be posted during the sale. In accordance with our Declarations, no businesses may be operated on our premises.
Residents are responsible and legally liable for their children and quests. Assist both in their adherence to the Village rules in this Handbook.
It is embarrassing to have to summon the patrol or police when incidents occur that could have been avoided by following the Village rules and common courtesies.
Become a good neighbor! Report any unusual incident or incursions to the Courtesy Patrol.
