10.1 Electrical Service
- Electrical service is provided to Second Victorian Village by Reliant Energy.
- An individual account must be opened for each individual townhouse. The number to call request initiation or termination of service is (713) 207-7777.
- The association pays for lighting of the common areas and facilities and for other power consumed in maintaining and using those facilities.
10.2 Gas Service
- Gas service is provided by Centerpoint Energy. One of the benefits of the Village is that both gas and electrical outlets are provided for major appliances such as ranges and clothes dryers.
- An individual account must be opened for each individual townhouse. The number to call to request initiation or termination of service is (713) 659-2111.

10.3 Water and Sewer Service
- Water and sewer service is provided by the City of Houston.
- Individual townhome water and sewer service is paid for by the owner. Common area water is paid divided among all owners.
- A water meter has been installed at each townhouse. The meters are read regularly to bill owners under the TNRCC program. Residents can identify leaking plumbing fixtures by monitoring their individual meters. Everyone is encouraged to help conserve water. Water is diminishing with expanding population and decreasing sources.
