12.1 General Parking Rules
- Parking is not permitted in areas marked "No Parking," "Tow Away Zone," or "Fire Lane."
- The following parking areas are for the use of all residents and their guests:
- The strip against and along the north property fence.
- The areas between carports.
- The marked parking areas at the clubhouse and the west pool.
- Parking spaces inside carports are for the exclusive use of those who own or lease the townhouse with which the carport is associated.
12.2 Rules for Trailers, Recreational Vehicles, and Boats
- Trailers, recreational vehicles (RV's), and boats may be parked on the property for periods not to exceed 5 days.
- They may be parked in carports or common parking areas between carports if they do not extend into the driveway.
- Trailers, RV's, and boats too large to fit in carports or the common parking places between carports must be parked along the north fence.
12.3 Rules for Large Trucks
- Large commercial trucks including 1-1/2 ton through 18 wheelers are not permitted on the property except when delivering or picking up cargo.
- Moving trucks may park on theproperty overnight if necessary.
- Moving trucks may not be driven on to lawns or walks. In addition to the damage this may cause, trucks may become mired in sinkholes
12.4 Towing Policies
- Vehicles parked in no-parking zones, tow-away zones, and fire lanes will be towed. Vehicles double parked behind carports will be towed.
- Vehicles which are parked in common parking areas and which are non-compliant as described herein may be reported and towed in accordance with the procedures specified below.
- A vehicle parked in a carport without authorization of the resident who owns or rents the townhouse may be towed with the authorization of the resident.

12.4 Towing Policies (continued)
- All towing will be performed at the vehicle owner's expense by Jet Wrecker Service, Inc., in compliance with the City of Houston towing ordinances, and as posted at the entrances to the property. Jet Wrecker Service (713) 995-9540.
12.5 Non-Compliant Vehicles
Vehicles which are considered non-compliant are described below:
- License or inspection sticker expired;
- Vehicles with one or more tires flat;
- Vehicles with one or more broken windows;
- Vehicles with one or more missing or badly damaged body parts; e.g., hood, fender, wheel, etc;
- Vehicles containing trash or unsightly items; and
- Vehicles too large to fit completely under a carport.
12.6 Procedures for Reporting Illegally Parked and Non- Compliant Vehicles
- Illegally parked and non-compliant vehicles should be reported to the patrol. See Section 1.1 for phone number
- Please provide the following information when reporting:
- Location of vehicle;
- Vehicle description;
- License number, if there is one;
- Name and phone number of person making report.
12.7 Other Rules Regarding Vehicles
- Rules for operating vehicles in the Village are covered in Section 6.7.
- Major repair work, overhauls, and major body work on vehicles are not permitted in the Village.
- No vehicle repairs or estimates may be made to non-owners' or non-residents' vehicles on property. In accordance with our Declarations, no businesses may be operated on our premises.
